Who does not love a good floral pring in spring?

They are probably more traditional than 'Spring Cleaning', was that supposed to happen already because I have not started. But during the Bunny Hop hunt, I came across this dress(#209) in the feeds and had to have it and it was so much more than I could have expected. A floral print yes, but it is somewhat washed out and that adds a vintage feel to it. So pleased! But anywho this was my look, very layerd and oh so vintage...haha!

Draped Floral

The days of Stylista are far gone, but I will never forget the day I saw Anne Slowey creeping from behind massive doors seemingly teetering on a pair of stilettos. When I was putting thislook together I cannot remember what came first the hair or the outfit. But once it had all come together I could not shake the idea that I had seemingly created something reminiscent of the now-on-her-way-to-being-iconic Anne Slowey.

I cannot get enough of the Ivory/Beige trend for spring and this Drapery Dress from Aoharu certainly fulfills that niche. Not to mention that its just another amazing release from the stellar machang! So many options...a dress, tunic, top I am sure there are more just waiting to be found too.

For now, I am catching up with my blogging - hopefully - so many outfits just waiting to be shared!

Okay, so first off I know that I am way, way, way overdue for a blog posting and I wish I had a decent reason but i've just been busy; so for that I am lame. But in other news, I wasn't sure why this outfit was so special to cut my self-imposed sabbatical short and after writing the title I thought, "Oh my gosh, The City!"

But I know this is really nothing like anything anyone from 'The City' would wear, I mean come on. So with that, here you are.

P.S. I finally wore some part of that Suspender Set from <3>, and don't you love the Suede Peep Toe's from Polina Kaestner? Last but not least, why did no one ever tell me that Armidi has amazing ginger tones!? I am in love. But do I wait for new pro or settle for the current releases? Oh what a feeling....

This past week I was rather relaxed in RL and had a little extra time to focus on the all more inporant alternate life I am leading and it struck me....creativity! Which was a pleasant welcome because for the past few days I had felt a little blah; even about getting dressed, shopping didn't help much either. Several days in a row I found myself grabbing jeans and a t-shirt. That is all over now though.

Back to the creativity, I was totally sparked today and oddly enough was itching to...build? I'll take it! It all started with the Fedora - We Love Her that I picked up in the freebie section at Tesla. I had no idea they were there so when I found it I was so excited out of the box I wasn't feeling it, but I knew with a few clicks I could have my dream hat; if only I could find a decent one in RL. Voila! I haven't taken it off except to don the new Mini Hats from Aoharu at an impromptu dance party--they come in some really exciting animal prints and bright colors as well. So yesterday my friend decides she is going to make shoes and I let her have her way, but then practically demand that she make some for me; I have been on the search for an extra high heel for a while and go to SM wasn't enough--turns out I needed a mere six inches, not too much eh?

From the shoes I built my outfit; at the moment I cannot get enough skirts, they are just so fantastic and while I am a major fan of the high-waist I have even opt foedr a few regular waist skirts. Looking around for a skirt I stumbled upon an old favorite, Paper Couture's Sunset Feast--an instant yes! Keeping with my happy creative mood I topped this outfit off with the P-K Belted Blazer, it gives me a sort of 80s feel and I love it for that-- soo tempted to get a few more colors.

All this excitement has gotten me into writing a rather long post...

Skin Is In.|Enea - Beauty Avatar Couture|

With the launch of the new skin collections at Beauty Avatar Couture, I knew I would have to try some. For too long I have been wavering from skin to skin after losing interest in my previous default. I love that the skin appears so soft and feminine without looking young. Being a fan of the light to nude lip, the fact that more than half of these skins off that option with variety is perfect for me! Oh and I know a lot of the Beauty Avatar skins had perfectly arched and plucked eyebrows, so I can appreciate the thicker brow in Enea, as its something I look at when choosing a skin. My only hang up with this was that the ears looked a bit too real in comparison with the rest of the skin, which was a bit distracting but not detracting. This skin provides a really soft beauty, if thats what you're looking for in your next skin. It also comes in a Natural Skin tone, which is just a bit more tan but offers the same makeups.

Have you ever been to Paper Couture, well this post is not about it...

But just a few shops down you'll find a store thats relatively new to me, and I really wonder how I didn't know about it before. I'm so happy now though, my SLife is nearer to nirvana! My first time inside I was just so excited, lots of skirts! I have been on the search for more and more prim skirts, I'm not sure I can ever have enough. Anyhow there are lots of skirts and dresses and they generally come in some exciting feminie prints, like this skirt from the Liv set a lovely floral print. WAIT. There is more, but I cannot decide if I should tell you all about it right now...

After visiting I thought; maybe I missed the explosion of, wait for it...Church of Luxe! With the holidays though I did not get a chance to look through the feeds too much, and after the new year began a lot of people were blogging Lo Jacobs' cat and mouse outfit.

Back to the clothes. I was so excited when Lo sent me this in the review pack, it was one of the items I wanted but had not gotten, but now I'm convinced I must get the rest of the floral skirts. Creating an outfit around this skirt was a little more difficult than expected though, partly because I wasn't sure what I wanted to do; I am happy with the final outcome though. For fear that I have typed too much already, I'll leave you with the credits and notice of more to come....

Long distance loves....

This outfit started because I am in love with the Micha Mi Carmela bustier and when Milla sent them out in red and green as a holiday gift I was so excited. She knows her customers well! If you read her blog then you know all about her, but if by chance you haven't gotten to her store--get to it! She has amazing racerback tanks, in a gorgeous brown, and lots of great complete outfits. I knew wearing a bustier though in such blistering cold weather I should throw something else on; browsing my inventory though I saw the Armidi Gisaci Pleated Neck babydoll and before attaching I said to myself, " I think this is going to work, way to go Milla for making your red just a falu in color," and what do you know? Perfect match!

My other long distance love that I have not had a chance to wear yet were these leather Richelieux from Polina Kaestner creations, they were a group gift as well for the grand opening but at the store there are lots more and in a variety of colors. Plus in the sequin collection there is a beautiful dress--totally my new year's dress and this blazer, that I so need to pick up. Did I mention the prices at both places are stellar!? Well, they are.

The pants, the pants! These Kiki pants from eLdee were a long time favorite of mine, I should go pick them up in a few more colors. These are a high-waisted trouser and stunning texture work by Lilyana Dryke. Though I'm personally not a fan of the extended system pant leg, that does not detract from the beauty of these pants, however I decided to shorten them just a bit to make them look like a sleek tailored pant and voila!

Oh and the Soon scarf from Thimbles? Well its just too fun!

The weather is getting to me....

I promise it must be a disease or something. I don't really know how its happened again. Well really I do, I really love these and I just couldn't find a skit to pair with them. You know what I'm talking about right, the leggings. Two days in a row I forgo pants and slip into a dreamy pair of leggings. The Tartan Footless leggings from Kookie were a favorite of mine from the start of the season, I love tartan and even more on my legs--really anywhere. But the dilemma was that I could never find anything to wear with them. OH MY. Of course I figured it out though, I mean nothing can stop me from putting together an outfit...apart from me being lazy and whatnot.

Because my top is rather not warm I HAD to throw on the Gbberish Storm Hat, and I didn't realize it at first, but its resizeable--no reason to have an interference of any kind. Paired with the Muism Check scarf, I could handle any storm...

Really simple and I've found myself lately falling into a color coordinating phase; hope it passes soon.

Getting back into blogging has not been hard after the start of the new year, but I just wasn't sure if there was a certain grace period I was supposed to follow. But then I see lots of others wasted no time getting back into the blog of things so I figure now is a better time than never, I'm still getting dressed everyday!

I was reading one of those deliciously good freebie blogs--My SLife of the D List) and after all this talk about RunoRuno I was finally seeing something from there and a freebie, no less. I had no reason to resist! Did you know there is an entire freebie section there? WOW. It was amazing, I picked up way more than I had expected to and I was not sad about it. Beauty Avatar, well I'll start by saying that though I always admired the empire they've created. I admired from afar. So when given the chance to blog some items for them I visited several times looking around...The clothes seemed a bit more casual than what I generally look for, but in retrospect I'm not so sure that makes much sense really. However I waited and waited and one day I was doing another visit and the sim was oddly organized--the next day though Beauty Avatar Couture was announced. This was my chance to not only blog something new but also to see how the store was progressing in content and quality. Sooo many releases I walked around the new complex for ages making a list in case there were some things unavailable. Here's what I found....

Here is a look that is definitely not casual! With the New Year just in, maybe you're not ready to give up the parties; New York is for you--not pictured are the wings it comes with. Its a little black dress with some really nice details, I personally love a structured bustier and plunging neckline...mmmm! Paired with an asymmetrical fish-tailed flare skirt, you can't go wrong with this dress and who doesn't love a bit of the NY?

One more dress! I'm sure I've said it before, I have a ton of dresses in my inventory but I don't' really wear them that often, for one I like separates and with dresses I feel its sometimes stifles creativity with getting dressed, call me crazy if you like. They are great for days when I don't care but would prefer not to be 'inappropriate'. Looking at this I realize I'm a bit a creature of habit... more bustier tops, what can I do? There just aren't enough in SL so I have to grab them all! I also love the chain link under the bust. All in all, this is just a really fun flowy dress that can be either dressy or casual and with nude accessories, its swish!

Here's the final look! A bit more put together and almost all *BA*, too. At the moment I am really loving blazers and when I saw this one that had a really nice weave and faux flower I knew this would be a great piece to go really dressy or uber casual, so bo'!

Royal Prep

Not sure who sent out the memo to designers to start producing all these amazing blazers but I'm so glad you did, whoever you are. Not much to say other than there was an amazing sale going on at Royal Blue, not sure if its still on--but everything blue was 10L, woooow! I had seen this blazer in a preview ad and the chance to own it and not only that but for a mere 10L I was stoked...this babe loves a bargain.

Although this post is all about the blazer, honestly I love every piece I'm wearing. The Shark Fin Skirt from Thimbles is amazing on its own, but here I edited the fins--made them a bit wider, so to create a more flared/hippy/structured shape. The Theo necklace I also edited, changed the texture to a metal to keep in theme with the grey tones but also because the original texture was really standout and I wanted everything to flow together. SMALL NOTE: I'm so excited about Valena's transition at LeLutka its amazing to watch her grow and progress...

I feel like this is a bit wordy, but I must mention one last piece...THE SHOES!? Who doesn't have these heels from Gbberish, but I can't get enough. Especially after seeing Mariya at the ShopArmidi launch in them, I was sold.

Sheer...Catch it?

With the release of the Fall/Winter Cachet collection, there was much fanfare. That paired with the undeniable quality of every item from skin to clothing who could resist? You could try all you want, but relinquish your Lindens you will! In the spring collection we saw the Alexa pants, devilishly wide, super long and amazingly textured. How could Thora not give us another great pair of pants? In my SLife, I have recently gone a search for a great trouser and my search has most likely ended...but more about that later!

The other garments for this look are the Anticipation top, a long time favorite of mine that I wanted to use to make something a bit more classic; which is where the title comes in. It is a bit 'sheer....cachet(catch it)?' granted I know that Cachet and catch it sound nothing alike, they do look similar!

I found myself on the hunt for THE 'skinny belt' and my I just say, it has not been an easy task. For a while I had given up on my fashion dream after only being able to find skinny belts on the jacket layer. Normally a girl would be thrilled by the chance to use layers, but when you have this great jacket and a top and want to top it all off with a skinny belt, a la DVF perse' there are not enought layers in the land. My last hope was the Fashion Emergency group...and after a few attempts and no repsonses, the wonderment that is Maryia Nesiote replied with the store name I would not have expected but was elated to hear....

For this look I wanted something versatile and fun.

Whats it all about?

Before anything else, I must say, " I love shopping!"

But sometimes I wonder, whats the point? Do all my SL friends really care what I wear? To be honest, I have no idea. Perhaps I'll ask. But then there are moments when I'm shopping and I find myself no longer taking it for granted. Apart from the Asians that are content creators, there's no illegal labor law practices; these are all pieces people have put their time and effort into and at that point I'm happy to shop. Since returning to SL I have created a shopping list, I was curious to see just how much I was spending...and it was mighty hefty! Sure I wish I wasn't spending as much but you know I really don't mind, in fact I'm quite pleased that there is so much available to all of us...I'm so thankful! haha...

About the clothes...the start of this outfit was the skirt, it is from the Aoharu Check Shirt Dress. Honestly I may have killed this trend on my blog alone, but I cannot get enough in either life and with so much plaid, check, tartagn, and gingham out there I will never stop! Okay, yes I will eventually. Regardless, I saw this dress and I had to have them all! When I was at Aoharu the first time, I PROMISE I did not see the fatpack vendor. Blame it on a slow rezz? I have no idea. I sent my darling friend machang a NC, after all I could not let her miss out on selling fatpacks, this was definitely a selfless act. She returned my message letting me know that was a vendor and also this as a gift. I love the belt/skirt attachment(there is also a seperate belt included for those that may be wondering), fantastic idea! So this is getting lengthy, who reads words?

I also knew I wanted to wear beige knit tights and the Veschi Round and Aboutton pack is perfect for that, lots of patterns and tintable! And for tops, I wanted to keep it simple and light.

A fashionista's feat is not that she will have nothing to wear, but that she will not be able to wear everything she owns. That was the case with Aoharu's fantastic Triple Fringe Boots, I love them...the color, fringe, everything! So why couldn't I find an outfit to wear with them? I've owned them since they were released and was never able to find the perfect fit, even if I started with the boots. But today I find myself inspired to take photos and to actually blog so I start digging through folders and folders and folders. I'm determind to make these shoes work, even if only once.

It all began with the shoes and belt, I knew these two pieces together would be magic. For this look I also really wanted to play up layers and with the Peace on Earth Hunt going on now...but mainly because of the greatness that is Flickr; I saw this new Tube dress from Pink Outfitters, after editing it to remove the straps I had struck gold. Everything else was easy.

Today's post really reflects RLs impact on SL.... I realize not everyone is lucky enough to live in an amazing city that does not have seasons, and oh how I envy you. For me its only just started to get cool and sadly with the sun brightly shining its still hard to tell that we're in winter; mother nature is teasing me! So I came up with this look, its fit for a day in the sun, but *Thimbles* wool stockings and Cachet's knit tube scarf there's just enough warmth to keep me from thinking it really summer!

I recently had the pleasure of attending the premiere runway show for Jare Capalini's Fall/Winter '08 Au V collection, and I was quite impressed. Over the past few months I've had the pleasre of seeing this collection come together and seeing it all together was amazing.

Watching the show I got the impression that the major inspirations were volumes, a pale color palatte, and I also noticed a little New England stylings in the pant suits. Jare was kind enough to take the time and photograph me in some of his newest styles; so the photos are really authentic to the brand.

Also don't forget or miss out on the opportunity to get the Fall '08 gift, an interesting pair of heels and statement socks!

Do you ever find some amazing pieces in your inventory that make an outfit you never want to take off? I find this happening to me--not so much because I never want to take it off [and make sure everyone on the grid sees me in it] but more so because I feel the need to blog such outfits; and while I do enjoy writing a daily entry, the time is hard to come by... oh I wish I had the tenacity of Uma Caewlin.

So about the look, and not my lack of blogs--not for a lack of desire. Is anyone else in love with plaid, check, and gingham at the moment? I cannot get enough. But sadly I do not have as much as I would like in my inventory. Which brings me to another point, I really should do some season shopping, I promise you I have not bought anything except a pair of shoes and the occasional demo. GASP--doesn't even need an exclamation. The only thing is that fall & winter are definitely my favorite seasons and once I start I won't stop I'll just keep going and going and going and then forget about the stuff I bought 10 minutes ago after buying something else...sigh.

But yes I love this shirt from Thimbles, this a go-to location for button down/ups, which is correct? I've had it since last year and adore it. But pairing this 'masculine' top with a skirt I thought would be a nice play on opposites, apart from a few RL mister skirts it is generally a womens’ staple. I could go on but really do you want to read more of my 'stream of consciousness'?

My favorite season is quickly approaching, at night and in the morning there is a chill in the air that brings a smile to my face and almost validates my newfound obsession with coffee. But I’m ready to dash out and buy up every winter piece I can find-although I’m soooo tempted- just yet. When I started this crazy thing called a ‘second life’ it was in winter and since, sure my wardrobe has expanded but I’ve learned a lot about layers other tricks of the fashionista trade. I don’t think I’ll have to wear my ‘old reliable’ [Armidi Low-V Boucle Sweater, Metallic Tights, and Kyoto boots] once this fall or winter, for reasons other than sentiment.

So for those of you that are totally in the mood to get cozy but don’t want to let go of Lindy, dig through your closet and find some pieces you can fit together that give the illusion of winter, you’ll be happy you did. Here I used some of my favorite pieces from last season and this one as well…thanks to the magic of layers and editing! One trend I do not want to let go of entering this new season is the deep-v, sure I will but I don’t want to, ARMIDI’S LOW-V BOUCLE SWEATER is great because it comes on every layer [and is easy to wear as a dress]. So with that and the skirt from the excellent GLAM PENCIL DRESSES, that have been on sale for some time, pick these up- seriously! The belt- or accessory of the season- M*A*ii*K*I’S HIGH WAISTED BELT with a few modification hides and accentuates any imperfection that might be present when using a system or prim skirt without the proper top. The last few accessories are J’S LOOSE FIT BOOTS [here without the buckle], and MUISM’s YELLOW PLAID SCARF[short version shown].

Last but certainly not least I can’t forget the DIAMONDE BARONESS EARRINGS, I’m not sure if that’s dissolved now as Valena now works in conjunction with Cachet; so happy for her and if you haven’t been by to see the new stuff. Go now, its gorgeous and still affordable.

I'm normally not one for being 'matchy-matchy' but I could not resist pairing Tuli's lilac 'Pennie' skirt with the ~*LaLa T-shirt Tank in lilac; the combination seemed, obvious. I really do not have much to say, so I suppose this will be a rather short post. I will say that though the Japancakes Wild Petal Scarf looks nice in the photos, it is unfortunately impossible to wear with the MMS O'hara hair and I wanted a big hair with this outfit so I couldn't change that. I simply opted to walk around with a bare neck, as no necklace could fill the space held for a Japancakes Wild Petal Scarf.

Continuing with the matching and love for a love for big, I saw this as the opportunity to wear some of my favorite shoes the beige Teslsa Platforms. In the end I loved this look and was really happy as its taken all summer for me to find a skirt that has a pattern that I was excited to create a look around.

I know that summer is a time to be sexy and flitatious, but I'm kind of over it already. I'm not a fan of being hot and I rather like being pale and lets face it wearing a big sunhat is a bit impractical in some places although I'm not afraid to try and make it work. So I was sitting at home dreaming of the many months away, when summer will end and autumn begins...ahh sweet poetry!

Tally ho! Back to the clothes. So I have J's Vintage Short Boots and I love them I really do; it was not until today though that every outfit I came up with (please note that I hated and undressed from them, all but once) made me feel like I was going on safari; frankly safaris remind me of summer, which reminds me of being hot, which reminds me of not being pale, I'll pass. SO what goes with these fabulous 'short' boots? I'll tell you Slouchy Socks and Burlap Tights....DUH!

What makes me happiest about this outfit is that its so layers and its not like hidden layers either...you can see everything its so exciting. I was always tortured because I wasn't quite sure how or if I would ever be able to create a decent layered look in SL and I've made some I've been proud of so yippie. I really had not planned on posting anything for a while, not because I'm lazy, oh no! I have the set all planned that I want to do I just haven't had the time to set it up, somehow though I have found time to have a three or four photoshoots in the past two days, me=powerhouse.

So this weekend I have felt like shopping, I'm not really sure why other than Zarra [Larra] got me started at the bianca f. hunt, why oh why? Actually it was a good thing I was able to make a great outfit with one the top from one of the dresses I bought(you can find it on my Flickr-'Off to buy my New Skin'). So I went to a store I haven't been to in a while, mainly to see the new-ish Starley Pumps but got distraced by the glorious freebie hair section. Thats where I found this glorious sunhat, that even came with hair; how fancy!

Yeah today I was really lazy, not even much of a post but I really wanted to show off my fancy new clothes. Since I accidentally purchased WAY too many Lindens for my own good I cannot stop shopping and really why should I?

Here I am wearing my new favorite shorts from *Thimbles* can you believe they were only L$10? I couldn't, either...and I kind of way totally feeling the *Thimble* love my suspender and socks are from there as well. Then you have the basic tank top and a great scarf and a pair of genius glasses! Would call this outfit and old favorite but most of it is new, but certainly not those ankle boots. Honestly I used to wear them all the time, I would even create excuses to wear them I loved them so much and I do not think it had much to do with the fact they were the few pair of shoes I owned, I could have worn my Slinky Stilettos but no it was all about the Oxford's.

Short and sweet. But oogle at my photos, please&thank you.

So one night, like any good fashionista should- I was flicking through my contacts on Flickr; because lets face it someone always has something you want. Unless you have everything, and in that case someone always wants what you have...must be nice. Back to my story, so I was looking at said hair and skin extroidinaire (Oh and if you can guess who the designer is, I'll even buy you a pair of shoes. A size big, because that way you will never wear the same shoe as me but they are shoes nonetheless. HINT: Its NOT Valena Glushenko, who is currently my favority jewelery designer.) and I saw these shoes I had to own immedietly. Was not so immediate though, I thought I was looking for this store called 'Force!' but that wasn't really the name it was more, 'FORCE'. I'm sure you see the confusion, no?

So once I finally find this place I'm even more excited than I was before because well the shoes were an amazing color but their price was even more amazing. I even joined the Update Group, that kind of shows my dedication I do believe. So ladies, yes men stay away unless you're footing the bill- in that case you are so welcome. Kindest regards. So enough of what I have to say, for a short while I wanna be the girl or second girl to have everything!

One more thing, I said the prices were really great; there were what seemed like a nice pair of capris, I have never been one to fancy them myself but I know some of you do. There was also what appeared to be some really nice denim and for only L$100 but after organizing my inventory and realizing that I needed an entire folder for denim I didn't need to add to it but I really wanted to, "Long and tight," plus prim leg attachments. Goo goo, gah gah!

Before I get to the credits I want to add, that I had written this post prior to purchasing, and I'm not sure what the issue was but with the shoes there are several 'invisible' pieces and maybe they weren't properly aligned but the foot was out of the bottom and the shoe didn't seem to fit? To me it looked like it was too small or not tall enough despite editing it, although no I didn't make it seven feet tall. So if you're in the market for these shoes that come in bright yellow, lime green, purple, bright blue, and black. I hope you're in the mood for some touchups, they were fine for me, but I am a self-proclaimed fit edit lover.

While I was there I couldn't resist the fatpack of Long Wooly Sweaters, they are really light you can wear them when there is a slight chill to warm up and when you want to wear it to look hot you won't think to yourself, "I'm so hot, in the sweat variety," plus the colors are perfect for summer so you really can't go wrong. Of course it was affordable to so no worry there.

If you've ever been a newbie in-world, and the answer is obvious. Perhaps you've been a little overwhelmed by all the beautiful things and even wondered, "how am I supposed to get that, it cost more that L$0!" I know that in my humble beginings I was not so sure that I would last very long and chose not to invest any of my own money into purchasing all the 'beautiful things'. So I resorted to the occasional camp, but I really could not stand it; in a world of so many possibilities, being restricted to one area for so long was dire!

I realized, I would have to get a job because although a few random men have come in and out of my so-called life and given me things and money... blame it on the newb-status? Regardless I thought to myself, "hey Channen, do something with your life- get a job!" So forever and ever I searched, wasn't I pretty enough? Somehow I had managed a few skins and hairs into my inventory, and in case you didn't guess- I put payment info on file.

Long story short, because as intersting as me not having a job and really wanting one is something tells me you may not be so interested; I'm probably wrong though. I searched and then I was over it and decided to start modeling but still wasn't making as much money as I was spending and now all of a sudden I have two jobs. What is that? I like.

So if you're ever bored stop by Stella Furkel, Fashion Model Works- a new shop full of fantastic animated and static modeling poses. But if you're not a model you can come to, I would. I have also been appointed as a stylist at Tres Tres Chic Styling, I have fahion sense. I do, I do!

Did I leave the house in pants?

In-world I often get the urge to just be the LA girl I am at heart. Not that I'm a notorious leggings and men's t-shirt wearer...actually I can't recall that I've ever done that. Im not against it though- not entirely. I will be the first to admit that I'm am over getting dressed.. it takes way too much effort and time, this ideal certainly explains why I have so many tank tops in my inventory- they even have a dedicated folder, and it takes a lot for me not splurge on them...I couldn't resist the fat pack of T-shirt Tanks from ~*LaLa.my next purchase will definitely be the fat pack of VG Republic tanks(so many colors its heaven!) With all the energy and time I'm saving I could be putting into my art, although that doesn't happen either I somehow find my time is spent in-world....

Basically this is and ode to my RL fashion choices. A few weeks ago I purchased the blue leather jacket from !_Ce_cubic effect and haven't had the opportunity to wear it; which is a bummer because I love it! I have it in black as well and the texturing and sculptie work are m'azin...

To complete the look I of course had to throw on some slouch boots, no Angelian's wardrobe is complete without them. Here I opted for J's Loosefit Boots(there is also an option for no buckle) because just look at them...they are the next best thing to either flat slouchy or riding boots, which I have yet to find in-world- I have only come close.

I know what you're thinking, "WHERE ARE HER PANTS?" No need to shout, but as long as I have had them there has been an internal debate- are they or aren't they? The Mimikri Zoe pants, have pants right in the name so they have to be pants right? Not so Lohan though, because I know better and as tempting as it is to not wear pants I can't do it.

Its practically summer and with summer, comes vacation! Of course I'm not ready and with the new bagging regulations at several airports how will I have enough room to pack everything I want to take and more importantly bring back everything I buy while I'm away!? Luggage is never big enough and with a 50lb limit that's like limiting me to two outfits- I unfortunately do not favor the microscopic latex, silks, and other 'hooker or submissive' wear that would afford me lots of space and put me no where near my weight limit.

I at least knew what I wanted to wear on the plane- kind of. I wanted to be VERY comfortable, but cute, but not look like I was trying to hard...after all it is only a plane ride and I don't have anyone to get off the plane and meet regardless I was wearing my Vintage Wear 'Fabulous Shades' because they hide all secrets and that is a godsend! Clothes. Oh, right. I have a million and one tank tops and I really don't need anymore but I can't help that when I see a cute one I quickly find a home for it in my inventory. The racerback of MichaMi's Glam tank was perfect- comfort and style and Milla is the queen of layers...I'm not so sure I have found a use for each one but I love that fact that there are options. The denim was an obvious choice...its classic and the highwaist adds that 'something'. Then my Verve pumps...I cannot get enough of them(which is why I probably got the fat pack) they can be worn casual or classy and the Lavender is perfect for this outfit of mostly dark hues and they made some room in my suitcase because they were going with me no matter what.

Vacation is great but I do not even have an idea as to the place I would like to visit. No time to think about it though! I've got to shop for wherever I'm going and I assume there will be flights going all around so I will just tell the desk clerk to put me on a flight, does not matter where to! To my surprise I was travelling, "Fierce Airlines"....

After checking in at the Costa Rica Sim International Airport I was ready to board my plane. BUT where am I going? I forgot to ask.
